Andrey L. Kostin (born September 21, 1956) is a Russian banker, currently President and Chairman of the Management Board of VTB Bank, Member of the Supervisory Council, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of several VTB subsidiaries, including Bank of Moscow and VTB 24, PhD in Economics. 〔(Official bio )〕 In 2007, VTB Supervisory Council extended Kostin’s term as President and Chairman of the Management Board until 2012.
